All orders are shipped from our atelier in Antalya,Turkey and we ship worldwide using DHL, MNG and Sürat(MNG and Sürat only in Turkey).
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties (international shipments) may apply and is not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibilities.
( Our Atelier is located in Antalya/Turkey. Therefore, there are no local taxes and import duties for shipments within Turkey.)
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.
International Delivery Times
International delivery times usually vary between 7 to 10 working days from date of shipment, except for Christmas time which should be another 7 working days on top of the normal delivery times.
(Our atelier is located in Antalya/Turkey and shipping times are shorter within Turkey.)
We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. You can choose to pay either with your credit card or Bank transfer. All prices includes 18% VAT.
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail.
If You Are not Home Upon Delivery
If DHL is not able to make the delivery they will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery.
If the On Demand Delivery(ODD) service offered by DHL is available in your location, you can use the following services to receive your package without signature and contactless.
– Have it delivered to a neighbouror security guard.
– Change the delivery date.
– Authorize DHL to deliver without a signature.
– Change delivery to a DHL Service Point.
– Hold the delivery for up to 30 days if you are not home.
– Change the shipping address.

You can find out whether On Demand Delivery(ODD) service is available for your location in the link below and you can benefit from the services mentioned above by quickly registering with DHL.
Important information : Note that with unsigned delivery service, you are at your own risk and we will not cover it if the package is lost or stolen.
After your package is delivered to the cargo company, a tracking number will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from DHL or others.
Note that we might ship your order in two or more separate packages and either with the same or different tracking numbers.
