Van Gogh—Trees in the Asylum Garden Poster

Vincent van Gogh painted *Trees in the Asylum Garden* in the fall of 1889, while he was staying at the mental hospital in Saint-Rémy. For him, the hospital garden was not merely a limited space where he could go outside; it was one of his primary subjects, to which he returned time and again.
