Cancellation and Refund Policy
DUWART posters are made to order in our workshop. The cancellation and return policies are listed below.
Personalized products
For products customized according to the customer’s personal requests or needs and falling under the exception to the legal right of withdrawal, we do not accept arbitrary returns or exchanges. For products not covered by this exception, the 14-day right of withdrawal in Turkey and mandatory rights abroad remain in effect.
Manufacturing and printing defects
Returns are accepted for defects resulting from manufacturing or printing. DUWART covers the shipping costs for these returns; no restocking fee is charged. Claims regarding incorrect shipments and products that do not match the order are also reviewed.
Return Request
You can submit your request via the contact form, including the order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging will help us review your request more easily.
Please contact DUWART before returning any items. We will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Shipping damage
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible crushing, tearing, or water damage, do not accept the package; have the delivery person fill out a damage report and notify us of the situation.
Shipping damage is investigated separately from manufacturing and printing defects by the shipping company. Costs and liability are determined based on the nature of the incident and applicable regulations.
Refund
When the right to a refund or discount is exercised for a defective product, the applicable amount is refunded immediately. For other refunds, the statutory time limits apply. The refund is processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase; the time it takes for the bank to credit the account may vary.
Order Cancellation
Please submit your cancellation or change request to us as soon as possible. The request will be evaluated based on the production stage and the nature of the product.
These terms do not limit your statutory rights regarding defective products, cancellation, and delivery. A photograph, written record, or request for prior communication does not constitute a condition that waives these rights.
